I am a diabetic patient, I have a good control on sugar level ,i'm not taking any treatment or tablets, control through my yoga, walk and small homely therapy. Cbs is between 95 to 103 ppbs 130 to 135 levels readings will be checked weekly please suggest shall I have to do anything more to control.
